Château Pas du Cerf 2022 – AOP Côtes de Provence

Château Pas du Cerf 2022 – AOP Côtes de Provence

The wine has a pale color that draws on the shiny melon. The nose is fresh and mineral, even smoky. There are notes of pink grapefruit, orange juice and juicy vine peach. After aeration, we perceive fine notes of passion fruit and racy, chalky minerality. The mouth is fresh and fruity, round with an acid frame. There are notes of almond, candied melon and pink grapefruit. We perceive fine touches of apricot during ripening. The finish ends with apricot blossom and mineral freshness.
