The nose is fruity and offers a small power, a small concentration as well as elegance. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of small wild berries associated with a touch of strawberry, Cuben pepper, flowers as well discreet hints of small berries, nutmeg, cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of liquorice and varietal. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful definition,a beautiful tension, anacidulous frame, a gourmande material, a beautiful suavity, finesse, vivacity, richness, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches ofred fruits as well as fine hints of dark chocolate/cocoa, toasted and caramelization. There are very fine hints of Bourbon vanilla pod, grilled, coffee, cocoa and hazelnut/almond on the finish/persistence (bring gourmandize). Tannins are fine and very discreetly chewy.
