The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of small red berries as well as hints of Cuben pepper and discreet hints of violet/iris. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as a fine tension.
