The nose is fruity and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of small berries associated with fine notes of licorice, a hint of graphite and a hint of violet. The palate is fruity, gourmand, relatively elegant and offers a beautiful silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and fine notes of blueberry associated with touches of licorice and a discreet touch of mocha. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with slight notes of minty licorice and a discreet touch of coffee.
