The nose is fruity, finely tight and needs aeration. It reveals notes of crunchy wild cassis, blackberry and small notes of violet associated with a fine touch of black cherry, liquorice, spices as well as very fine hints of small crushed fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a fine tension, fleshiness as well as fatness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine hints of violet, cornflower as well as discreet hints of liquorice and a subtle hint of chocolate (in the background). An imperceptible hint of caramelization (in the background).
