The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful balance, a beautiful roundness, a beautiful fat, suavity, tension, a nice minerality as well as a beautiful expression of the fruit (pur fruit). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe cassis, fresh/ripe blackberry and slight notes of blueberry, fresh/ripe raspberry associated with a discreet hint of toasted oak, licorice, a slight touch of flowers, slight touches of caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of bourbon vanilla and chocolate (on the finish and persistence).
