The nose is aromatic, slightly gourmand and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of candied lemon and hints of quince, honey associated with a very discreet hint of candied yellow fruits, a hint of pear as well as slight hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of flowers (lemon tree/apple tree) after aeration. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a good balance, a good tension, richness as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and slight touches of candied mandarin associated with hints of quince, pear as well as discreet hints of yellow fruits and honey. Good length.
