The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration and a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy/crushed cassis associated with touches of griotte as well as hints of small crushed fruits, liquorice, a racy minerality, a good definition, gourmandize and a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy Boysen berry, small notes of juicy strawberry associated with touches of small red berries as well as hints of liquorice, cola and juicy cherry. Good length. Tannins are well-built. An imperceptible hint of chocolate on the persistence.
