Château Les Ormes Sorbet 2021 – Médoc

Château Les Ormes Sorbet 2021 – Médoc

The nose is fresh, racy and reveals lovely freshness, racy minerality and some depth. There are notes of ripe blackcurrant, fresh red berries and more lightly fresh lily/fresh flowers combined with fine spice and almost a discreet hint of eucalyptus in the background. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, acidity, freshness, good definition, tension, finesse and a little airiness in its balance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh strawberry, juicy raspberry and, more slightly, violet, combined with hints of small fresh violet plums and hints of racy minerality, fresh blond tobacco and spices. Elegant on the palate. The tannins are fine and mellow. A touch of chocolate on the finish and a discreet chewiness.
