The nose is fruity, elegant and offers richness, precision, a certain aromatic purity as well as freshness (in the abckground). It reveals notes of candied pear, candied peach and small notes of quenette associated with touches of candied lemon, candied pink grapefruit as well as hints of flowers, fine hints of quince paste as well as very discreet hints of pineapple in syrup and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers richness, fat, elegance, straightness/tension, an acidulous frame (in the background), freshness (in the background), juiciness (in the background), tension, candied fruits as well as racy minerality (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses noes of candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of quenette associated with small touches of apple in syrup, pineapple in syrup, flowers as well as very discreet hints of quince, kumquat, honey and very fine hints of nuts. Good length and persistence. There is a hint of pineapple and nuts on the persistence.
