The nose is fruity, powerful, racy and offers intensity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, small wild berries and small notes of wild red berries associated with fine touches of pepper as well as discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers juiciness, a beautiful definition, an acidulous/juicy frame as well as a very beautiful juicy and ripe fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of flowers (cornflower, peony) as well as discreet hints of spices, toasted and a very discreet hint of salinity (on the finish). Sapidity on the finish. There is a very fine hint of bitternes of the cocoa on the persistence.
