The nose offers notes of crystallized lemon and ginger associated with small notes of roasted pineapple, ripe/candied exotic fruits as well as slight hints of spices. The palate is fresh, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juicy/mineral frame, a slight acidity (in the background), gourmandise and offers a beautiful juiciness/freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and crystallized clementine associated with slight notes of roasted pineapple, dried apricot, exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of honey and a very discreet hint of verbena in the background. Good length. An easy-drinking and very well-balanced wine.
