Château Jouvente 2020, Graves

On the nose, fruity and offers a certain gourmandize, nice definition, a very delicate richness (in harmony). It reveals notes of ripe/pulpy blackcurrant, violet and subtle notes of ripe wild blueberries combined with hints of ripe strawberry, crushed berries, beautiful minerality as well as of licorice stick, sweet spices and an imperceptible subtle notes of saline / iodine (in the background). On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, nice definition, gourmandize and a certain tension. The wine expresses the notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small blackberry and subtle notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry combined with touch of small red berries as well as waft of violet, graphite/wet stone, tonka bean, fine toasty notes and beautifully/almost salty minerality. Good length.
