The nose is fruity and offers elegance, a small gourmandise as well as a slight richness. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of wild strawberry, violet, slight hints of caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight mineral frame, a small freshness as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of crunchy cassis associated with slight touches of small red berries, flowers, Zan as well as a very discreet hint of blond tobacco and caramelization. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length.
