The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration/power. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of spices associated with fine touches of tonka bean, wild berries as well as very discreet hints of flowers/Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers tension, straightness, a beautiful precision as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of tonka bean associated with very fine hints of wild strawberry, violet as well as subtle toasted hints, cardamom. There is an imperceptible hint of tea on the finish. Tannins are structuring.
