Château Grenouilles 2012 – La Chablisienne – Chablis Grand Cru

The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and quite elegant. It reveals notes of white fruits and pear combined with slight notes of white flowers as well as discreet notes of citrus and spices (white pepper, vanilla …). The palate is balanced, racy, relatively rich, full/ample, round and beautifuly fat. In the mouth this Chablis expresses notes of fruit peels, citrus (lemon, lime …) and quenette associated with a few notes of peach, quince, notes of minerality as well as small touches of pineapple, white fruits and spices. Good length. A beautiful and delicious wine!
