The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, a fine tension as well as elegance. This wine needs to be put in carafe. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, juicy blueberry, small notes of juicy blackberry associated with fine touches of juicy raspberry as well as fine hints of chocolate, caramelization, hints of iris and cornflower. An imperceptible hint of nutmeg and tonka bean on the finish/persistence.
