The nose is fresh, elegant and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of candied lemon and kumquat associated with a hint of quince, discreet hints of peach in syrup as well as hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful definition/expression. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, kumquat and slight touches of candied mandarin associated with a hint of peach in syrup, quenette/fresh exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of green lemon zests and a discreet roasted hint on the finish. Good length and persistence.
