The nose is fruity and fine. It reveals slight notes of quince and discreet hints of dry apricot associated with subtle hints of citrus, candied lemon, candied pineapple as well as an imperceptible hint of zests, honey, fresh ginger and an imperceptible hint of caramelization (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame as well as a slight minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and slight notes of candied apricot associated with discreet hints of Granny Smith apple as well as subtle hints of pear and vanilla on the finish. Good length.
