The nose is fruity, elegant and fresh. It reveals slight notes of candied lemon and hints of honey associated with slight hints of quince, persimmon, compoted white fruits (brugnon, pear) as well as discreet hints of pâtisseries, brioche and gingerbread. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced and offers a beautiful/slight mineral frame, a very beautiful balanced as well as a beautiful finesse/delicacy. In the mouth this wine expresses slight notes of lemon, compoted white fruits (brugnon, pear) and slight notes of quenette associated with a discreet hint of spices, cardamom and green tea. Good length and beautiful persistence.
