The nose is relatively powerful and typical. It reveals notes of blackberry, gooseberry and fresh fruit associated with a touch of mushroom and wooded / toasted notes. The palate is fresh, typical, dense, harmonious and mineral. A fresh frame leads the tasting. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe black fruit (especially blackberry and plum) and little notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry and slight notes of wild strawberry) associated with a few woody / toasty notes. The tannins are fine and supple. Good length.
