Château Doisy-Védrines 2015 – Sauternes, 2nd Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, elegant and fine. It reveals notes of candied pineapple, quince and gingerbread associated with slight notes of sweet spices and a fine touch of mango. The palate is fruity, fine, beautifully built, racy, well-balanced and offers a certain minerality and acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, ginger bread and apricots combined with a fine touch of crystallized citrus, candied pineapple, as well as discreet hint of apple, honey and a touch of peach on the finish / persistence.
