Château Deyrem Valentin 2021 – Margaux Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

Château Deyrem Valentin 2021 – Margaux Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The nose offers a certain controlled power, elegance, a certain complexity, notes of wild blackberry, clove and more slightly ripe red berries associated with delicate nuances of liquorice, violet as well as fine points of zan, spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral spine, good definition, a certain gourmandize, volume, elegance and a racy minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, fleshy raspberry and, more slightly, pulpy blackcurrant, combined with hints of fresh violet, fresh lily and vanilla, as well as light notes of zan, sweet spices, a discreet hint of racy minerality and a delicate hint of coffee on the finish.
