The nose is fruity and offers fine power, fine straightness as well as racy minerality. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of cassis, crunchy blackberry and small notes of iris associated with touches of pepper, reduction as well as slight hints of strawberry, varietal and toasted. The palate is fruity and offers delicacy, an acidulous frame, suavity and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of cassis combined with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of iris / varietal and slight hints of cocoa / spices.
