The nose is fruity and offers a slight freshness / juiciness as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry, ripe strawberry and fresh raspberry associated with discreet touches of cassis as well as an imperceptible hint of scrubland / thyme and subtle touches of racy minerality (sandstone).The palate is fruity well-balanced, racy and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight juiciness, as well as acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis, wild strawberry and touches of fresh raspberry, bigarreau cherry associated with touches of racy minerality (sandstone) as well as subtle touches of spices and mineral salts on the finish. Tannins are well-built. There Is a very discreet hint of chocolate / colas on the finish / in the background.
