The nose is elegant, straight, racy, structured, precise and offers racy minerality. It reveals notes of Williams pear, yellow peach and slight notes of lemon associated with a discreet touch of physalis, minerality, butter as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, delicate, mineral, precise, harmonious, silky and offers a nice finesse / definition, tension, a small fat, a beautiful straightness, elegance, a nice minerality as well as a slight acid frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, flat peach and slight notes of crunchy pear associated with slight touches of quenette, lemon, lemon zest, slight touches of exotic fruit, flinty hints, very discreet touches of mandarin, butter as well as an imperceptible touch of hazelnut / toasted touch and vanilla (in the background). Beautiful length and persistence.
