The nose is fruity, relatively concentrated and racy. It reveals notes of cassis cream, blackberry and fine notes of blueberry combined with touches of ripe red fruit (strawberry, cherry), discreet notes of graphite, a note of flint as well as discreet notes of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, mineral, silky, tight, relatively fleshy, relatively fat and offers a fine smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and fine notes of cassis associated with slight notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry as well as touches of oak, mocha / cocoa, tobacco, a fine hint of gravel (terroir, on the finish) and fine notes of spices (cardamom, clove, an imperceptible hint of vanilla). Tannins are integrated. Good length and aromatic persistence.
