Château de Myrat 2018 – Sauternes

The nose is fruity and offers a small juiciness, a small richness, a small freshness as well as a fine minerality. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarine and more slightly zests associated with fine touches of vanilla, flowers and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, straightness, precision, fat as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe apple, candied nectarine and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of juicy lemon, vanilla, toasted as well as a hint of caramelization/pastries (in the background), juicy/ripe mandarine, a fine hint of verbena and an imperceptible hint of almond.
