Château de Malle 2017 – Sauternes Cru Classé

The nose is fresh and offers richness. It reveals notes of crushed peach, crushed pear and more slightly pineapple, candied lemon associated with hints of fresh flowers as well as fine touches of almond and subtle hints of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, acidulous and offers a good freshness, a good finesse, tension, a certain delicacy as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, cristallized mandarin and cristallized pineapple associated with fine touches of crushed/stewed apple, vanilla,  fresh flowers, a hint of quenette/exotic fruits (in the background) as well as fine touches of spices (in the background). Good length. Good persistencee.
