Secret de schistes is a Syrah from mosaic-like schists in the Agly Valley at 325 meters of altitude. It’s an intricate Syrah with its many facets, deep and unctuous texture and concentrated body. This structured wine has aromas as delicate as raspberries, but also mature herbs, licorice, chocolate, graphite &white pepper. This tannic wine expresses an extraordinary purity, with a well-integrated acidity and a beautiful finish.
