The nose is fruity , fresh, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition as well as power. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe raspberry and small notes of grilled bread associated with fine touchesof chocolate, toasted/caramelized as well as discreet hints of cardamom and flowers (violet). The palate is fruity, racy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, precision as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis and more slightly raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, cardamom and toasted. Good length. Tannins are supple and elegant. Gourmandize on the finish/persistence on hints of toasted almond, vanilla and chocolate.
