The nose is fruity, racy and offers a racy minerality, freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of cristalliezd lemon, candied quince and small notes of peach in syrup associated with fine touches of quenette as well as discreet hints of exotic fruits and a hint of fleshy pear. The palate is fruity, elegant, aery and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition, unctuosity, a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cristallized lemon, candied quince and small notes of peach in syrup associated with a touch of quenette, pineapple in syrup, fine hints of kumquat/oragne, apricot in syrup as well as a very discreet hint of honey and an imperceptible hint of acacia (in the background)/ Good length.
