Château de Cérons 2017 – Graves

The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and well-built. It reveals notes of lemon, juicy/ripe green apple and juicy/ripe citrus associated with touches of flowers, crunchy peach as well as fine hints of zests and juicy quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built, very slightly perling (on the attack) and offers a good definition, a small straightness, a certain finesse as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and crunchy/juicy peach associated with small notes of apple, pineapple as well as fine hints of zests. Good length.
