Château D’Arsac – Cuvée Céline 2018 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers complexity as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of lime, juicy mandarineand small notes of vine peach associated with touches of quenette, yuzu, hints of white flowers, peach flowers as well as hints of zests, a discreet hint of verbena and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, suppleness as well as gourmandize, fullness, a beautiful finesse of the grain and volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lime, juicy mandarineand small notes of juicy quenette associated with touches of crunchy/juicy green apple, peach flowers, crunchy vine peach as well as fine hints of lychee, rose petal, a subtle hint of verbena and fresh almond. Good length. A discreet tannic hint in the persistence.
