The nose is racy and offers deepness as well as a racy minerality. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh strawberry, fresh cassis and small notes of racy minerality/gravels associated with touches of white pepper, spices as well as fine hints of nutmeg, discreet hints of almond, toasted and a very discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, beautifully defined and offers gourmandize, a very beautiful matter full of delicacy and finesse, a creamy side, fullness, a fine/acidulous frame, suavity, energy, a very fine richness and a beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blackberry, pulpy/acidulous redcurrant and small notes of cherry associated with touches of racy minerality as well as discreet hints of toasted, tonka bean and a hint of vanilla. Tannins are elegant, fine, precise and chewy. Gourmandize on the finish/persistence.
