The palate is fruity and offers a fine minerality, freshness, a fine unctuosity as well as fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin and candied Williams pears associated with slight touches of quince, apple and a toasted touch / brioche, spices and nutmeg. Good length.
