Château Coutet 2012 – Grand Cru Classé à Barsac-Sauternes

Château Coutet 2012 – Grand Cru Classé à Barsac-Sauternes

The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of candied fruit and candied peach associated with little notes of honey, spices (including curcumin) and a touch of apricot. There is also a very fine note of brioche butter. The palate is fruity, dynamic, dense, explosive on the palate, fresh, elegant, supple, typical, incisive, round, full, suave and offers a beautiful matter. In the mouth it expresses notes of pineapple, fresh grapes and citrus combined with a touch of candied pear, dried fruits and a small note of roasted hazelnut. Good length and persistence.
