The palate is fruity, racy and offers freshness, gourmandise, richness as well as a beautiful tension, balance and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied citrus and candied apple associated with a touch of Williams pear, mango as well as a discreet hint of dried apricot and candied pineapple. Good length and persistence.
