The nose is elegant, fruity, velvety, elegant, charming, complex, fine and racy. It reveals notes of ripe fruit combined with a fine touch of plum jam as well as hints of spices. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral, racy and offers freshness, tension as well as a beautiful and silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of fresh cassis associated with slight touches of strawberry (in the background), a discreet touch of liquorice as well as a hint of jam, tobacco, a woody touch and spices (discreet). Good length. The finish is suave and aromatic. A beautiful and fruity wine made in the classic “Cheval Blanc” style.
