Château Carbonnieux 2011 – Grand Cru Classé de Graves – Pessac Léognan (white)

(60 % Sauvignon and 40% Semillon) Pretty fine and elegant nose with notes of citrus (especially grapefruit) , white peach and discreetly litchi associated with vanilla as well as a slightly woody . The palate is fine, balanced , round, sweet and fresh. There develops ripe citrus, fruit white chairs associated with little notes of green tea, honeysuckle as well as small wooded aromas. A mouth that is also characterized by a pleasant acidity. Long finish.
