The nose is aromatic and offers power as well as intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry and crushed cassis combined with touches of blueberry, Sichuan pepper, gray pepper, violet, mushroom as well discreet hints of spices / coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame as well as a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and small notes of cassis combined with touches of violet, nutmeg / spices as well as a very discreet hint of coffee. Tannins are fine, very slightly tight and slightly dry. Good length. There are discreet hints of tobacco and mushroom on the finish. Very discreet chew on the finish.
