Château Cantemerle 2018 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is racy, fruity and offers a fine power and structure. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of red fruits associated with touches of grilled bread, coffee as well as discreet hints of tonka bean. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight, well-built and offers a small freshness and a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/crunchy small wild red fruits associated with fine touches of violet, chocolate, grilled bread as well as discreet hints of coffee and toasted. Tannins are well-built and very slightly firm.
