Château Boutillot 2020, Revelations d’Hubert de Boüard – Bordeaux

The nose offers a fine power and a small concentration. It reveals notes of small wild black fruits, wild strawberry, small notes of blond tabaco associated with touches of caramelization, fine hints of camphor and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background). On the mouth is fruity and offer juiciness, minerality, roundness, a fine tension as well as suavity, an aerial side and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, juicy cherry, small notes of wild blackberry associated with touches of small wild red fruits as well as hints of lily, tonka bean, tabaco. Good length.
