The nose is fruity and expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, violet, and more slightly – pulpy bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of lily, camphor as well as hints of pepper and a subtle hint of toast. The palate is fruity and offers a tangy structure, accuracy, tension, a certain smoothness, good definition. It expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackcurrant, crunchy blackberry and more slightly – violet associated with touches of toasted, nutmeg as well as a sappy/cypress hint. Beautiful freshness, a subtle hint of cardamom and camphor in the background.
