The nose is fruity, aromatic, slightly powerful and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis, red fruits and a slight touche of bell pepper/peony associated with discreet toasted hints as well as a slight touch of minerality, pepper, flowers and wild red berries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers juiciness, a slight fat as well as a juicy frame. In the mouth this wine expreses notes of fleshy strawberry, cassis and slight notes of red berries, black cherry associated with a discreet hint of flowers/cassis bud as well as discreet hints of toasted oak, chocolate and a very discreet hint of coffe (in the background). Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
