Château Bellevue 2020, Blaye Côtes-de-Bordeaux 

On the nose, fruity and offers a nice concentration as well as a well-balanced richness and precision. It reveals notes of pulpy wild blackberry, pulpy/chunky wild strawberry and subtle notes of violet associated with touches of small blue plum as well as peppercorns, fresh lily, discreet hints of tonka bean and cardamom. On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, sweetness, minerality, freshness, a certain structure as well as a juicy/acidic frame, a nice definition, a delicate tension,  roundness, a little creaminess and mastered richness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and subtle notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of lily, lilac, pulpy blue plum as well as small hints of vanilla, chocolate, saffron and toasted hazelnut. The tannins are elegant and creamy. A gourmet wine.
