It reveals notes of strawberry and discreet hints of chocolate associated with very discreet hints of Sichuan pepper, slight hints of iris as well as a very discreet hint of blueberry in the background after aeration. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful preserved fruit, a beautiful gourmandise as well as acidity. Beautiful, gourmand, round and preserved fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy fresh strawberry and slight notes of red berries, juicy blueberry, juicy blackberry associated with a discreet hint of toasted oak, grilled as well as a very discreet hint of cacao and slight toasted hints/sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well-built.
