On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / crushed cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small / fine touches of chocolate, caramelized oak, a discreet touch of vanilla, subtle hints of sweet spices as well as a very discreet toasted hint (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are well-built and structuring.
