The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, a fine tension, minerality and a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, fresh/juicy raspberry and small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with touches of juicy/fresh violet plum as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, nutmeg, camphor, raspberry leaf as well as discreet hints of spices, a subtle hint of pepper and tobacco. Good length. Tannins are well-built.
