The nose is fruity, relatively incisive and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of ripe pineapple, lemon and slight notes of white fruit associated with a hint of exotic fruits / papaya. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, gourmand and relatively suave. The effervescence is fine and well-made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and Granny apple associated with slight notes of nectarine and a discreet note of papaya / fresh citrus. Good length.
